What a fun way to start the long 4th of July weekend - making patriotic charity blocks. The recipiants of these blocks, once they are made into quilts with other charity blocks, will be the Veterans at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, Canada!!! These blocks are simple to make and filled with love!!!
Thanks to Claire McKieman and Debi Brockamp for this wonderful opportunity to show our Vets, both in Canada and the United States, how much we appreciate their huge sacrifice for our countries!!!
Also, please remember that tonight starts the long holiday weekend - please pledge that you will not drink and drive!! This is our small way of saving American lives.
