No pattern but I would think you could make one of your own. It looks like they sewed the fabrics together, make two sides, sew it together and the button will gather it in the middle.
There is a very similar pattern from Moda Bake Shop. The pillow from this site is made from a jelly roll, so the strips are narrower, but I bet you could change that. The name of the pattern is "Jelly Roll Floor Pillows", by Val @PinkPlease!. Hope this helps!
