Otis Orchards Renovation

This is the little Mobile Home I purchased in Otis Orchards, Washington last Fall so I could live closer to a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Temple.

It is definately a fixer-upper  so I wanted to chronicle my progress.

Here is what I originally purchased in November, 2025:

Based on all the homes I have renovated over the past 54 years, this is a minor renovation.

I am just starting this Blog Page now (7 months after I purchased the house) because for the past few months I have been wishy-washy about whether I was going to stay here in Washington or go back to Bandon, Oregon.  A couple of nights ago I made the final decision to stay here in Washington.

You have wonderful trees around you. I love the grass, too. Surroundings are important! Your neighbors look clean and neat as though they care about the neighborhood. I think you feel very peaceful and protected here.

Wow--nice to finally know where you landed, and why. Hope you feel peace about your choice, and can settle in and enjoy!
