This is a gorgeous book even if one only wants to look through it over and over and over and never even try Judi's wonderful methods!! It comes with a CD of patterns and I have promised myself that in 2014 I am going to practice, practice, practice my FMQ. Maybe by the time I am 74 I can quilt like Judi - hey, I did say maybe. If you have never seen any of her work, you can see it
HERE on her blog, Green Fairy Quilts!! You certainly won't be sorry - her blog is eye candy to the max!!
That looks like a great book Kris! I keep wanting to improve my existing skills but want to learn new things too. I will get better at all of it with time. I'd love to take a good FMQ class!! :-)
ReplyDeleteAm practicing FMQ as we speak. I too will get better... maybe! What a lovely book and well deserved birthday gift.
ReplyDeleteI do follow Judi's blog, but no matter how many books she writes, I will never quilt like that!! I hope it works for you! : )
ReplyDeleteOh-oh, another book to add to my wish list!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.
I have this book also! Don't you just love all the lovely work that Judi does.
ReplyDeleteI just added this book to my amazon cart. Her quilting is AMAZING! Thanks for sharing! And, another Happy Birthday to you <3
