Oh, yes! I have a med that I won't refill because our deductible went up this year and I don't know if I will ever want to use it again, unless I have had a surgery or something that meets my deductible!
I think it is really called--"bait and hook"-- they give it to you for a year at little cost-- then jack it up so high--one can't afford it--yet-- you have to have it--so what does one do???? luv, di
