Slow Sunday Stitchin'

Well, I was happily surprised at how far I got this afternoon on stitching together my first Lucy Boston block!!

And Janet and Liz, I think you need to get on board with these tiny little block pieces - they are right up your alleys!!  :-))

It is looking lovely and I must admit to a leaning towards maybe but I really mustn't!

Nice progress, but you are NOT sucking me in, Kris. No way, no how!! : )
Actually, I have a hexie project going that I actually like. My 17 year GFG is no longer going to receive my attention, other than I will eventually applique (did I say that word?) the flowers to muslin backgrounds and sash the whole thing. I will not be making more flowers from those fabrics that bore me to tears.
I have my dark 'n dirty scraps gathered to make 3/8" hexies, which will come together to create Stars in my Garden--a project from Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine.

Your block is coming along nicely...I just posted about my first block as well and have started on the second one...I think the cream next to the blue was the right choice for this block...I can see this as a new addiction for me.

I can’t believe you are doing these blocks. Seems like you just love punishment..What happened to the hexagons?
